They're actually Easter Eggers and the first one looks to be a Pullet and the second one may be a cockerel. Need a clearer picture of the comb but the legs are thicker and the comb seems shaped more like a typical male pea comb. There's no definite coloration of male on it at this point though so it could be a Pullet.
I'm going with two girls. The first one is a rather unique color- you should hang on to her.

The legs on her/him do seem a little bigger! Thank you for your thoughts!My guess was two pullets until I saw the legs on #2. Now I'm thinking one of each. Yes, this breed can be tricky sometimes.
