I have a black Ameraucana rooster. I have black, white, silver and splash Ameraucana hens. The rooster services all these girls. Will there offspring be considered EE if the hen isn't the same (black?

I'm not sure if they'd be considered Ameraucanas or EE's if they're not a standard color... They'd be standard in everything else (assuming you have nice stock) except color... I guess they could be considered like Ameraucana 'project birds' or 'project colors'?

Black x Splash = 100% Blue
Black x Black = 100% Black

I don't believe theres a way to tell the different between Dominant White and Recessive White (two different genes) and I'm not sure what Ameraucanas have, although-

Black x Recessive White = 100% Black (who carry white)
Black x Dominant White = 50-100% White

And I'm not super familiar with what Silver is in Ameraucanas so hopefully someone else can chime in about it : D

I've heard they can be either or both whites. Idk
Black Xs dominate white = white with black leakage. (Like a paint silkie)
Silver is silver duckwing
