Ameraucana egg color

i was given an Ameraucana hen a few months ago. She was molting, and that coupled with the stress of being the low bird on the pecking order put her laying on hold. She is about a year old. She began laying this week and has laid an egg a day. My question is this:
I was expecting blue eggs but hers are an off white grayish color?

Your hen appears to be an Easter Egger instead of a purebred Ameraucana. Easter Eggers are mixed breeds, so can lay eggs of any color. Some lay blue, some lay green, and others lay brown or other shades of other colors.
