Maybe someone who knows more about genetics can help me out.

I recently purchased 5 purebred blue-wheaten Ameraucana chicks. If I breed BW x BW will all of the babies be blue wheaten? or will some be blue or splash, etc? I though I might have read about this specifically somewhere on here but I can't find the thread for the life of me....

Thanks ahead of time for any info you can offer

Blue Wheaten works the same as any Blue-based color, including solid, straight up Blue.

Blue Wheaten x Blue Wheaten = 50% blue Wh, 25% splash Wh, 25% regular Wh

Wheaten x Blue Wheaten = 50/50 of each

Splash Wheaten x Blue Wheaten = 50/50 of each

Splash Wheaten x Splash Wheaten = Splash Wheaten

Blue is a heterozygous gene, meaning there's only one copy of it. Two copies makes splash. So with that in mind, it works like basic fractions
