With EE's what kind of comb are they supposed to have?? I thought I had an EE but mines comb doesn't look like these. Or do hens and Roos have different combs in this breed?

it depends on what their mix is. Most EEs have pea combs, based on many of the EEs coming from Ameraucana and Aruacana stock. But if your EE's blue gene comes form Isabar, they have single combs.

One in front is no doubt a roo but can't see the one in back he sure is pretty though...different
