I say that he definitely has a roo comb...Little update: looks so roo-ish to me, 22+ weeks, zero crowing, somewhat less aggression. Here are pics:
Thanks for the input! He/she barely makes any noise at all, I've noticed. Thanks again for the info!S/he has male comb and hackle feathers......but I see no male saddle feathers.

No, and no crowing. But he has a little respiratory issue going on right now, so who knows. He has really calmed down, rarely aggressive anymore!Any eggs yet?
