Ameraucana or Easter Egger? + Gender?

Say hello to the tiniest little bird we've owned, appropriately named Fluffball! He/she may not be the friendliest, but we love our lil' baby to death. It was also the smallest of all 20 of our chicks. We bought it, along with two others who are almost identical, thinking they were Ameraucanas, but they seem to resemble Easter Eggers quite a bit. We are also puzzled on its gender as the tail is quite-off putting!

What breed do you think Fluffball is? My best guess stays with an Ameraucana.

With those green legs? Easter Egger. Ameraucana have slate blue legs. Also, there isn't a breed color standard that matches your bird's color pattern.

I have a NN that looks similar.
She even has the green legs.
So does my black NN pullet.
I’ve wondered if she may be an NN/EE cross.
She very close to POL so we’ll see.
