Ameraucana or Easter Egger? + Gender?

Say hello to the tiniest little bird we've owned, appropriately named Fluffball! He/she may not be the friendliest, but we love our lil' baby to death. It was also the smallest of all 20 of our chicks. We bought it, along with two others who are almost identical, thinking they were Ameraucanas, but they seem to resemble Easter Eggers quite a bit. We are also puzzled on its gender as the tail is quite-off putting!

What breed do you think Fluffball is? My best guess stays with an Ameraucana.
