Ameraucana or EE? And gender

I went out to get another picture and to look more objectively at THAT particular chick's beard. I still think there's a little something there, but NOTHING like the sister (with the correct comb) in the same pen.

So, I think ya'll pegged dead on- EE, not ameraucana.

I'm really hoping it is a girl; my SIL really wants this bird, but can't keep roosters, and frankly, I'm sick of rehoming them- I've picked the two I'm going to keep.
