Ameraucana or not?

I’ve been wanting Ameraucana. Found some locally on a sales board. Going to go look at 11 week old pullets this morning. These are the pics from the ad. Do they look like real Ameraucana? Does the lighter colored one look like a cockerel?

I’m not sure wether you can call any bird “real” or pure without having the breed association certification.
But it does LOOK like something from the Aurocana family.
