Just was out taking a few pics since the weather is nice. I've been moving birds around over the last month or two as I kept all my birds together over the winter. I finally have my lavender pen sorted out. In this pen are two lavender roosters and a split cockerel, black hens, and split pullets (please lay soon. lol) They are out enjoying the sun today.

Is that snow? We wouldn't know the white stuff looks like this year, at the great disappointment of me and the kiddos. *sigh*

Today is in the 70's already again. Wonderful for spring, but here it means that we'll get a lovely snow and freeze in April or May, because, just because.

Big Blue ~ Thanks, I see in your sig line that you have lavender Ameraucanas also? How far are you with the project? I'd like to be farther, but the first LF I got were all cockerels, just my luck.

Ours started laying 2 days ago. Hope they do not stop so we can hatch some!
