She's pretty! I wouldn't worry about the one odd feather! If you scroll to the last set of pictures this shows a Splash pullet next to a Splash cockerel.

Here's a better picture of the tail. Its the only one with this color of feather in the tail. This is why I was thinking it was a rooster.

Wanted to mention that splashes can vary widely. My own usually have soft gray "accent" feathers, not the darker, blackish ones like your girl. I also have a splash Plymouth Rock hen and she's the same way, very subtle splashy feathers. It's just the nature of the splash, coming out of the blues. Blue can vary a lot, from super light to almost black and a splash is just a genetically black bird who carries two blue genes.
