Yes.it look everything. But the body looks rooster, but the body looks hen.i may be wrong, I've never been good a sexing chickens before.

This is one of my Easter Egger "pullets". No comb, but nice rooster tail, neck and saddle feathers. I'm not sure if this chicken is a rooster, a pullet or something in between.

This is mine chicks it's 12 weeks old I was guessing a hen but she has tail feathers like your and no comb..

Pretty sure it's a cockerel, just lighter. Here is my 12 wk old blue wheaton boy for comparison
