No, that is an ee.

I agree.The red breast gives it away plus the comb seems to be laying over.The comb is likely pea carrying the single comb gene.

What is she? A leghorn/ameraucana cross? An EE? She has an interesting color and is very "shaggy"!!!

She is a hatchery Americana (Easter Egger) in full molt. All my hatchery birds look like that right now. They aren't the best for plumage - and the hatcheries have crossed them with leghorns to up the egg production.

That isn't splash coloring. Splash is white or light grey background with splashes of blue or black.
