The dark legs are a good thing on my white rooster right?
I'm not going to be using him with any Ameraucana hens, I'll be using him on some cross breed hens I've been working on. They have all been white birds so far and part of the project was to introduce the blue egg laying gene and hatching this white roo from my wheaten birds just seemed to perfect. So I'm hoping to keep the white plumage going in the flock by adding this guys genes to the mix. I won't be selling any of his offspring, so I might as well give it a try.
