Thanks for the plug but my hens are moulting and what very few eggs I am getting are not very fertile. I did drop a trio off for sale at the Exotic sale today. They are long gone by now. I generally don't sell started or full grown stock.
This is a 1.5-2 month old roo. What kind is it? Blue Wheaten splash? (a board fell on him so he's in recovery in the house, along with 2 silkies and a Jersey giant)
Yea! I didn't realize Wheaten cockerels would have that many colors mixed in the feathers. There was a possibility of Blue Wheaten, Wheaten, or Blue Wheaten splash in the eggs. Thanks

Our Reasons
1. Blues might have underlying colors which may surface when combined with the lav gene.
2. Right now people really have a hard time distinguishing blues and lavs...by only breeding to blacks the confusion is minimized.
