As others stated. . . His color is wrong, and will take a long time to breed to anything in the Ameraucana's SOP of colors, and his leg color is also wrong. You'd best be to only breed him for what he is - an Easter Egger.

Umm, where's this EE/Ameraucana of yours? I'm sorry but most people who point out EE's know what they're talking about. . . Are we're talking wrong color, wrong leg color, etc.
A beak of the wrong color doesn't make it an Easter Egger if everything else matches. It just makes it having a fault. I mean, I've got a Buff Ameraucana with khaki in his tail, I've got Wheaten Ameraucanas with too little black in their tails. . . Faults are faults.

Ummmm, then doesn't this make them Easter Eggers according to the sop, they do not fit the description.

No no no- your bird wouldn't be considered an EE for a small fault like beak color. If your bird was completely the wrong color or had green legs or had any traits that would cause it to not breed true for the most part , then it would be an EE.

Birds can have faults. That's a fact. One can have not quite the perfect lacing, one can have a tail too high, and one can have a beak that is not horn colored, but maybe pure black or too much yellow. . .
But having a completely different color, unrelated or too far from the relative SOP color, or having a different leg color (which takes crossbreeding to do) and even having a miss of muffs/beard, pea comb, etc is making it an Easter Egger.
People may argue about whether a bird crossed from two Ameraucanas but not a recognized color is an Easter Egger or not, but they will still agree that a bird with simple faults and not disqualifications is still an Ameraucana. That's what breeding to the standard is all about. . . Getting rid of and fixing up the faults. All breeds have birds of poor, good, or excellent quality.
There's a difference between a poor quality Ameraucana and an Easter Egger.

Illia, I will agree with you, just trying to make a point though. Too many people want to call anything a Easter Egger, when in fact there are alot that fit the description, but with one or two little faults theywant to say Easter Egger.
I've followed everyone's advice and bought some *true* ameraucanas! They're show quality,I was told, but are they really show quality? They've won a few shows.. Any advice? I know that splash is not a reconized color, but it's my favorite!
Here's the pictures...
This one wasn't bought with the rest..
