All the things I highlighted are signs they're Easter Eggers. To get true Ameraucanas you'd need to search for them in particular and weed out all the Easter Egger "breeders" out there.
Signs of an Easter Egger are green legs, green, brown, or white eggs, a comb other than a pea comb, and an unrecognized plumage coloring. Having a beard and muffs doesn't mean anything though.
If your birds don't look EXACTLY or just a smidgen away from the following colors, they're Easter Eggers.
Silver, White, Black, Blue, Blue Wheaten, Wheaten, Buff, Splash, Lavender, Brown-Red.
Silver is silver duckwing, you can look it up. Buff is SOLID golden color, no white or black. Brown-Red is solid black with red neck.
Also to add, your avatar is of an Easter Egger. He's an unrecognized color. (he's a cross of white and gold duckwing. Ameraucanas do not come in that color, but Easter Eggers commonly have the color your rooster has)
