I want to start a discussion here and on the ABC with the club members about: CLUB POINTS

Some other clubs give their members points at shows and currently we do not. I have some examples of how other clubs do it and would like some more input on the subject.

To me it gives the term show quality a whole new meaning if the breeder does in fact show.

Well from what I have looked at from other clubs is they award points for the highest win in the breed class. So, if you win BV you would get points for how many birds you beat in that variety. If you went on to get BB you would not get both sets of points, but points for how many birds were in the ameraucana class.

I have also seen some proposals to give extra points to people who go on and win the whole class.
