I want one!!!! I have been trying to find the "perfect" black rooster for my needs. He would fit the bill!

Beautiful! I am also getting Blacks from Paul in a few weeks. It would be great to get a looker like that.

WOW! Did you buy that bird GROWN from him? I have chicks coming in a few weeks.... very excited.

I bought him and some others as juveniles last summer. Paul and his Family are very nice. They are willing to help you with anything they can.

I was hoping you all could help me out with what I have here. I got this girl over the weekend and I was just wondering if she is Ameracauna or EE. I don't really care either way, but I know very little about the breed other than, a lot of birds that are EE are sold incorrectly as Ameracauna. I'd just like to call her the right thing!

My girls have named her Waffle....because she is the color of syrup and waffles...lol

I was told she was a Blue Wheaten

Looks like a purebred. I lost ALL of my purebred Ameraucanas this weekend... all I have left are some chicks...who's parentage at this point is questionable.

Ugh that stinks. What happened? At least you have some chickies. Thanks for your help. I was hoping she was a purebred, but I know, especially in this breed, there is a lot of mistaken identity.
