Thank you for that link, i was just asking bc i know you have to start with true ameraucanas to get the other im sorry for bringing it up but i knew you guys would know better then i. Most people around here where i live dont have a clue about them and think that they are both in the same breed when i know they aren't. I have a ameraucana trio a splash roo a splash hen and a black hen i plan on separating them out later and starting them they are my fav color in the ameraucanas.
