I will look the chicks over good when they come.Then keep an eye to see if they get leakage. I can't wait! I ended up adding 5 splash. I couldn't help myself your roo was so pretty!

I haven't gotten any in the last few days. I just sold off my faulty BCM flock, so that frees up a pen to split up my AM roosters. I'm going to place my roosters to give me mostly black and blue chicks, but there will be some splash. That's not a show color, but my customers love them

Live chicks is the only way to go. No gambling with shipped eggs, and Paul's prices are very fair for such high quality.
I sold off my BCMs today, so now I have a free pen to split the boys up :thumbsup

Mine also didn't really fill out til they were closer to 8-9 months too... they seem to hit a growth spurt then that made a difference in my decisions... just my 2 cents... :)

well, I did the pen division today, and an hour later the Black's tail is already creeping up. He's taken a liking to the little splash girl, so I think he's happy to have her all to himself, along with a few blues
