Your birds are easter eggers.

Henry,

How many days is it supposed to take to get them? Sometimes if you call your post office and get the number and directions for the distribution center for your town, you can pick them up yourself earlier.

I think I will try that. The problem is out mail comes from two places we will see if I can pull it off. Paul said Angela would email me when she dropped the birds off with an estimated time of arrival I also have a tracking number. It will probably take 1 1/2 to 2 days I think Texas to Maryland who know. Hope its quick. I will try and find the distribution center thats great advice thanks. What is the best thing to feed when I get them to keep them warm and get their energy up?

Thanks,
Henry

They should be just fine. Just give them some water first so they don't choke themselves on food.

I just shipped some birds to Alaska last month that were pretty young and it took three days. Thankfully I packed a couple apples for "lunch" and they were just fine.

I have been nervous about shipping chicks out that are a few weeks old so I got these waterers that are glued into the box, they are pretty cool. I always use shredded apples but I like the idea of these if I am shipping the young ones across country. Eggbid has them if anyone is interested. I wont use them in all of my shipments so the 12 I got should last a year or 2 I think

I hope those are in the box that would be nice. Well the girls are in the mail or at least they have been accepted into the Gainsville Texas PO as of 12:40pm today so hopefully they are already well on their way and will get here tommorow.

Wish them luck and speedy and safe travels
