hey everybody check out my new Buff Ameraucana Cockeral!!!! I am sooo excited!!!!
I was highest bid on eggbid, he's coming from pipsandpeeps . . . I don't know his lines yet but I'm sure he will be great coming from her - her birds are gorgeous!

he is going to join my other boy "Big Daddy" (below) in my 2010 breeding program, this boy is from John Blehm (well I bought him from a BYC'r who bought him from John Blehm)

I can't wait to start working with this color!!!

He is a gorgeous bird and you are right Pips & Peeps does have excellent stock. When do you get him?

Is he being shipped or are you going to pick him up?

I can imagine just how excited you are and I am very happy for you!

Henry,... so glad your birds arrived safe and sound. You had me worried too.

That buff roo from Jean is just GORGEOUS...as well as the other one.

I've got to get out and take some more pics of my Blue Wheaten that I got from Jean... His tail feathers are coming in nicely!!!

And he is a ladies man.... interesting though, he only likes the other Ameraucanas and the leghorns.
He won't even try the dellie or the BO or the Ancona.... I was looking to get some pretty EEs out of him.

He only mates the Ameraucana girls. The Wellsummers and Marans won't squat for him though we will see if they are fertile when I send them out for the test hatch.

Isn't that funny, Big Daddy's (my big buff in the picture) favorite girl is my little fat Buckeye - they're inseparable.

Well here are some pretty bad but long awaited pictures. The girls have some food stuck in their beards so they don't look their best. I like the black pullet alot more then the blue I wonder if she is really worth it. She just really doesn't seem to have great type hopefully she just has filling out to do.
