I have crossed EE's (hens-blue eggs) with Gold laced wyandottes (Roo-brown eggs) and the result has been blue/green eggs. The eggs have the blue pigment that runs throughout the shell, last layer of color is a layer of brown which makes them look greenish. So, you could get eggs like that, or brown, just depends on which genes get passed. The birds themselves tend to be colored more like the wyandottes, some get the muff and some don't and body type has tended more toward EE's. I have a hen sitting on eggs now that are a wyandotte/EE cross roo, so will see what those look like, various hens.
