Ameraucana vs Easter Egger differences?

Hi there! I am new to chickens. Can anyone tell me all the "official" differences between Ameraucana's and Easter Eggers? I am trying to evaluate the "Ameraucana" chickens I have to determine which category I should place them in for breeding. Of course I want to keep the best specimens but am so green I don't have any expertise or skill in this yet. Any help is greatly appreciated!
