My son got these chickens from the 4H Chick Chain. We have Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, and the rest are supposed to be Ameraucanas. When I google pictures , some of them look like what others are calling Easter Eggers... what do y’all think? What color egg should they be laying?

For the most part they look like a mix of Ameraucana. Now I don't breed any but lavender but some look like mixes of black, blue, lavender and wheaten Ameraucana. There are a couple that look Easter Egger (in my terms could lay any color but likely green) The others look like they may be blue egg layers. I could be wrong but that's what I'm thinking

Easter Egger.

Appear to be BLR Wyandotte x varying colors of Ameraucana including wheaton and blue wheaton.

Easter eggers, though some very nice quality ones with a high Ameraucana content. They may even be just a muddle of colors of ameraucana with only a little bit of mixed breed tossed in. You can probably expect blue/green eggs from them but brown is a real possibility still. Those are some SUPER lovely birds.

Easter eggers, I have one like your orange one (Mine just has more orange along with some heart shapes on her breast) . Very pretty
