America the Beautiful

This brought tears to my eyes, just in a weepy mood today, I guess, but we DO live in a wonderful country, and we will NEVER fail . . . NEVER. . .we just need to keep the faith and believe in the better good . . .what gorgeous pictures!!!! My husband spent a few weeks out west a couple of years ago, and still talks about those Colorado/Wyoming mountains and trees and animals.

My husband too, he went to Colorado for Quickdraw training. He still talks about Rocky Mountain National Park and Denver and whatever else springs to his mind. I so want to suprise him with tickets to Wyoming or Colorado for his birthday next year! He totally deserves to go back and I want to see it all with him.

OMG SO TRUE on Glacier Nat'l Park - We drove from Oregon to Alaska by going through Idaho along the Locksaw River - AMAZING! Then through Montana Glacier Park and across the Canadian Border on the other side and then through Bamf and Jasper Nat'l Parks.... Montanta Glacier Park - "Going to the Sun" road is NOT TO MISSED! Talk about flat out BAWLING! I've never seen such beauty, America is indeed VAST with beauty. Of everything I've seen, Going to the Sun road is #1. I'll post pics of all that if anyone wants to see them... We literally took pics every 1 minute, we were so astounded!

I didn't even know people owned chickens in Boise! We were only there for 2 days though so we didn't have a ton of time to visit or nothing. Maybe I can get some chicks from you when I go to Boise State in 2 years.

Go Broncos!

My Mom and her 4 siblings grew up in Oregon. Thier property was on the White River under the Shadow of Mount Hood I think. None of them have ever forgotten how great it is up there. I'm sure both my mom and my grandparents would have just bawled if they knew I went to Oregon without them.

This country is not only the BEST on earth, It may well be the prettiest too!! GOD BLESS THE USA

Absolutely stunning!!!!!!! now y'all git posting more pics, I think I am a frustrated American at heart!

The USA is a beuatiful country as is England and the rest of the Uk, we just all need to take more time and look at what surrounds us...the best things is life are free and need more care on our part to keep it that way... you guys are so lucky to be surrounded by such vastness and diverse flora and fauna..... I CANNOT WAIT to visit!
