Here's some updated pics of my girls- Lady (buff) & Lucy ( buff/Toulouse mix) they are just dolls really and are learning about bedtime routines Hahahaha from our pekin girls - everyone's a happy flock . I just can't believe how much they have grown !! They are such funny lil characters!!

Ive never owned geese in my life till these 2 & Ya know what... At this point .. I have no idea what I was given! Haha when I called looking for pilgrims or American BUFFS the breeder told me. Yes these are buffs . I asked " American? " she said " ya " but then I find out 2-3 weeks later one of my girls is mixed w Toulouse ( that was a surprise!) ..I'm not even sure the Toulouse mixed one is a SHE like she's supposed to be! ... Now that they are feathering out ... More surprises ??? Ugh!!! Well I like this group ! But if it gets me kicked to another than fine .. ;(
I google everything so I can see the differences. But she's not completely feathered yet ... Couldn't her coloring change?
Idk.. O well I have no idea what they are ;( ;( ;(

Ok ;( y'all have been so helpful :/ I'm so very new to all this . I went from having nothing in February to having 14 hens , 3, ducks and 2 geese now in July hahaha
I guess they are mixes of who knows what ;( dang it . I love em tho!

Hey guys, wanted to share some photos of my lovely American buffs! I have five of them (along with six White Embdens). They are my first buffs and seem very shy compared to the Embdens. They're also not as interested in interacting with me as the Embdens, but I love them all the same. I love the smooth colors of their feathers. They're about two and a half months old in these pictures. These are pictures of them in my farm's young orchard helping with weed duty, and also in a pen with young calves who are not sure what they are or if they're entirely safe.

My gander took about 4 months to really like me. The females at 16 weeks now really like me now too.
