So you pay 18.49 for the scratch and 14.49 for the pellets. That sounds about right I’m getting screwed. Just not on the straw. So when you guys buy straw it evens out lol

No, I think straw is something like $5.89? Just a bit under $6.00 at SS.
If I'm not going there when I need straw I get it at home depot it's I think $5.67 bale.

The crazy part is the price of the Purina scratch grains and flock raiser at TSC. I haven’t looked in awhile but it is not worth it. Their scratch sucks it’s mostly cracked corn and the flock raiser is way over priced.

The scratch used to be $19 not too long ago. Nobody else carries it around here so I don’t have much choice.

Flock Raiser is $17.99, I do usually get that for chicks, but SS chick starter is o.k. but all mine carries is medicated.
Yes, their scratch grains are lacking. I've used that Happy Hen scratch or whatever, it's o.k., but too much. I don't give tons a scratch, but I like the SS much better.
