Anybody else's SS carrying a different 5 Grain now? Looks to have less Milo in it, but Corn is "cracked". There's some whole in there too. I'm sure my birds won't mind though...

Not the same for sure.
Better than some I've seen. Smells good, we'll see how it goes, I don't give a lot anyway.

I just switched over to half whole corn half 22%pellet. It seems to be doing good so far but its only been a week

I get that from my local tractor supply. Bag says in fine print : not meant for complete diet. But I took it as if they were referring to layers and bought it for my games. I also free range when possible to help balance out their diet.

Before conventional feed, grand dad would feed his chickens a lot of over spill from the corn crib.

Nah, it's not considered a "complete" poultry feed. I just use scratch mainly as a treat. All my birds have free choice 20% protein pellets, even those that free range.
Never seen that brand at TSC but each state is a little different. That scratch is o.k., a little oily but it will do.

I used to use the tsc scratch and there all flock pellets it did alright but I felt they needed more my local feed store carries a 18% gamecock feed that is milled in ky it seems to be doing the trick.
