Men are often confused when beavers are involved. :lau

I caught a beaver once that was so chewed up it was insane. I thought I was over tired scraping it and tearing holes til I realized it was all bite scars I was tearing through. Totally useless. Man that’s frustrating.
Omg I just hate it when that happens. :lau:lau:lau

Those look put up nice.

I had a few I was gonna send in and have sheared and make them into throw pillows... but never did, maybe I’ll do it yet :idunno
I have a bunch of tan beavers. I’m gonna trade em in on a blanket. I think it’s still $500 to get done even with the skins already tanned. I think it was 15-16 large beavers to make a queen size blanket. Trimmed in something else like mink.

I had a an hen come in last night with 3 of her 6 chicks missing. They went missing during the day and are the first I have lost this year. She is a really good mother, but the irony is they are the three I wasn't all that excited about keeping... It never works that way for me.
