I’ve made my own a few times but it’s a lot easier to just buy one of these since they’re pretty good.
I just put them in a ziplock bag and pour in the marinade. Toss in fridge til ready to cook.

I've used some of those on chicken. I bet the lemon pepper would be good.

I just gave the ducks my broody hatched to my sister, in exchange for a few young drakes that are destined for the table...

She’s got another bunch that hatched after my hatch, plus another bunch hatching this week

The hope is lots of males for the freezer, lol
