I just pluck the feathers from the breast. Toward the butt you pull back and up higher just pull toward the head in quick jerky motions. I slice right down the breastbone, pull skin back and slide the knife right along the bones. It’s simple and takes like 2 minutes. I only keep the breasts on ducks.
I didn't think it would be worth the trouble for the legs.
I could make hubby do it when he gets home. But that means the duck lives many more hours than I want it to. :rant

Don’t forget to marinate the breasts for a day or two then wrap in bacon and grill till bacon is crispy.
 
I was gonna Google some recipes. .
What do you marinate them in?
I’ve made my own a few times but it’s a lot easier to just buy one of these since they’re pretty good.
I just put them in a ziplock bag and pour in the marinade. Toss in fridge til ready to cook.
