Quick duck “hunting” story ...

A long time ago a domestic duck was bothering us at the lake while fishing ... I said something about wringing it’s neck and dinner, and my friend called my bluff... so I grabbed a jacket from the truck, wringged its neck, stuffed it in my jacket and walked past the picnickers and off we went...

My friend lived in an apartment nearby so I just breasted it out in the bath tub... then we wrapped it in bacon and threw it on the grill...

That duck must have been 10 years old, lol...it was barely edible

Giving the birds fresh water. Opened the pen door and this gray tree frog dropped right on me. They’re everywhere here it’s deafening at night with the noises they make.
