I bet you was disappointed when someone said they was serving wieners and you found out it was actually food.

No birds lost, so far, but they figured out how to pry the metal lid off the feed can, even with a ratchet strap holding it one. With all of the heat and humidity, the compost pile is starting to stink!

Where is your feed bucket? Is it outside near the pens?

Where is your feed bucket? Is it outside near the pens?

Yes, I use 3 metal trash cans to hold feed and scratch. Keeps the feed dry and safe, most of the time... until some raccoon figures out how to open them.
