Folks don’t believe me, but I’ve never bought ground beef in my life.. I do like a good beef burger at a restaurant though!

.... we just use venison for anything we cook at home, tacos, skerry, etc... my wife is the freezer filler most years these days... takes the pressure off me so I can take more naps

We get some given to us usually by the hubbys boss every year. I usually mix it with deer when we have a lot of people to feed. I rarely cook it otherwise. Don't ever buy it unless we are just totally out before next deer season.

Grind the deer with bacon pieces it's really good. We just had spaghetti using some from last season it sure wakes up the flavor.

Ha He likes to think so he's a nice looking fella. His brothers pretty nice aswell he does his own thing now so no recent pictures of him as I'm not chasing him around lol.

Done that too. Yum.
We usually just add beef trim to ours when we grind. Just enough so it won't be dry.
I mix it with sausage when I make meatloaf. That's pretty good too. That would be extra good with bacon ground in.

Nah bud I ain't that type. Schools starting so be dealing with that and gotta put a rearend in the truck so figuring that out too lol.
