Here that’s the townies and party crowd from the suburbs....

We get all the St. Louis jack*sses that make the river unfit to take kids on the weekends around here during summer...

not sure when floating and mardigras became the same thing, but a lot of those folks just don’t know how to behave in public ...

A few well placed cinder blocks help curb some of it too.
I was already using them for beaver sets so I just happened to have them on hand.

They work real well on the four wheelers and dirt bike crowd.
In case your wondering no I don’t care if they get hurt.

Nope. Actually the people that destroy public land and wreck trails to satisfy their redneck desires just piss me off. If they keep their *sses on private property I couldn’t care less.

Anything of the sort should stay on private property.
Where I used to ride around was on 60 acres that belonged to my mil.. A group of us used maintain the property for her and we camped out there almost every weekend for a long time. Worked our dog rear ends off clearing brush. . cutting wood making trails. .
But we all sure had some fun doin it.

that place is insane. So many freaking people you can't even hardly keep from getting your canoe tipped over by all the raft people. Makes ya wanna slap a paddle up side someone's head.

I’m triggered by people and their noise in general, lol

No, never been there, I won’t float any stretch that caters to the crowds... or if I do occasionally, I do it in the off season or off times ...

I’ve actually only experienced that nonsense once when I floated with some friends that set up the trip... but I was a bit shocked, and I’m not exactly a prude... but locally the families just stay home on the weekends because of all that...

Of course we did have a local shoot and kill a tourist a while back, but we figured he had it coming, and the other fella is in the clink now, so I guess that’s progress, lol

It's supposed to be floating. . but there are too many dang rafts and people to make it more than 2 feet at a time. . so there's a lot of just sitting around drinkin till people decide to move
