He was serious but had a grin on his face. I used to like listening to his WW2 stories too. I would have been a lot happier if he didn’t smoke Kent 100s though. I guess it was too much to ask for him to switch to marlboros. Those Kent’s weren’t very good. Lol

My grandparents ( mostly my granny) smoked Winston’s... for a long time I could pick a Winston out of a crowd, they just smelled sweeter and reminded me of my grandparents...

Either they changed the smell or nobody smokes them anymore because I haven’t smelled one in years
