Actually I was way behind.
I was sick the weekend we should have ground it up so we ended up freezing it.
I hope I never have to do that again. That was a pain trying to get it all thawed out evenly without getting it too thawed out. ended up being an all day operation for something that should have only taken about 30 minutes.

This is just the girls deer (she got two) we’re doing. I have only taken a doe this year myself found it’s more enjoyable watching her do it lol. I bought one of those jerky pumps so we’re gonna grind it up and then make some jerky too.
