No venom. Just my opinion (a very opinionated view, but that's just me). I just gave my thoughts of the show. You wouldn't be the first to misread a tone. I know I've done a few times myself.

While I don't have your life experience I have my own. I get to listen to a good deal of live music due to musicians in the family. Boy would I just break down and cry if someone like Adam got hooked up with my son when he starts forming something. Firstly because I wouldn't be able to enjoy my sons music and secondly I'd have to wear earplugs to see them play. Then I'd look like the old lady that I am not.

Adam just makes my ears want to bleed. I'm sure he'll win but he wouldn't be my choice. I like Danny's voice but he wouldn't be singing my favorite genre of music.

I really love Danny's voice, too. I wouldn't like his genre of music either. But, I love to hear what he chooses to do.

since the show began this year i've said that adam, allison and danny should be the final three.

kris is the most mediocre of all the people on this season, in my opinion.

I had the pleasure to meet and interview Eddie Kramer a few years ago...what a treat that was.

Enjoying all the chatter about opinions and the inside the biz angle. Have to get another post going for some more indepth info!

Uncle Joe is the son of Louis? There are two Tonys...one is Jon's brother and the other is the record producer/engineer. Anthony C., the record producer, is the son of Fran and Anthony Sr.

Is Joe the father of Barry and oh, crap, the youngest...really cute...hmmmm, I met him at the Wildwood condos.....I'm going to remember his name when I am trying to fall asleep? LOL. BOBBY!!! That's it.

There were seven kids, I think, who were sons of Louis. I only met a few of them because Tony wasn't very "socially oriented."

I never met "Uncle Joe". LOL. MY Tony's father was Jon's father's cousin. Is that clear now?

Eddie Kramer....that should have been informative!

There were some truly interesting characters in the music industry! One day I'll have to tell the story of babysitting Tiny Tim for three days right before he died. Oy!

Ok so did you watch last nights show. I was reminded of another thing I don't like about Adam and that is he is over confident to the point of cockyness when performing. And some of the looks he makes at the camera are a bit on the creepy side for me. But last night there was a moment when he was doing his piglet squeal where he stuck his tounge out (probably inadvertantly) of his mouth and it looked like he was getting strangled. Yup this year I don't think I'm gonna like who wins. Again I did not like his version of One. I'm not saying he can't sing. I'm saying his overdoes the squealing to the point of turning most of what he sings into Broadway and ear bleeding irritation.

Adam always sticks his tongue out when he hits those high notes. I guess that's how he's able to hit them.

I liked all of them last night.
