I don't use a turner with mine. The one time I did, the insides were so scrambled, wavy air sacs in every single one of them....but I know a lot of people do. Your eggs are going out later today or tomorrow morning

What kind of incubator do you have? I have a Brinsea Octo - (something) anyway....my rocker/turner actually has broke...so this is actually convient. Do you turn the eggs every so often or even touch them?

The colors can change a lot. I've seen that color on a male chick turn into kind of duckwing later, or on a female chick what they call a silver penciled, or silver wheaton. Here's a little pullet of mine that was that color as a baby.

She's a tiny little thing, hasn't laid any eggs yet, and just under 6 months old in this pic.

Oh my I hope she/he is this color. That is such a pretty bird. Love her.

Not me, can't take the drama.

Thot BYC was only down for most of Tuesday, did that change?

I have not been on in quite some time as my computer has been down. I try to avoid any thing confrontational. I go looking for anything educational or funny...skip the stress.

I have been playing on the new byc and its a big change. It will be a lot of learning for us all. Well I guess I will have to clean some coops instead of sit on my butt and play on BYC. See you all mid week!
