That's good news, Anna.....got to keep those peepers peepin'.....and poopin'.

zI have pictures of a hen that was out and enjoying the nice weather. I looked at her and it looked like something hanging from her bum. OMG, it is an egg with skin type shell. I picked her up and gentely pulled the egg and noticed it was attached to a vein and pulled and a nother egg came out and then I pulled again because there was another vein and I popped the egg inside her. I squeeze her gentely and a little yolk came out but omg-CRAZY! I have pictures but didnt want to post incase someone thinks is wrong. Email me if you wanna see tham [email protected] or let me know if you all feel its ok to post them?

I personally would like to see them. And would like to know what causes it. Alot of people have had this problem. Egg bounding? and might help others to know what can be done to help. Is she ok?

I dont know but it was weird. She was out with the others and I looked and it looked like a poop butt ao I went to clean it up and wow, This is what I saw. I had my camera with me so I took these. After the 2nd yolk I kept pulling and the 3rd broke inside. I was real worried and have been watching her like crazy but she is action normal but I still am worried.

Egg yolks are an excellent medium for bacterial growth if not re-absorbed by the birds body. Watch her closely for lack or appetite, or other "sick bird" symptoms in the next few days.

Looks like the snow melted??

Hum, I wonder if I should put her in a cage in the house? Antibotice? Or just let her do her thing and not stress her. It worried me because there was a nother yolk inside her that popped but it was a skin like shell. I wanted to get it out but dare not. YES!!! NO SNOW!!! Just 20 degrees yesterday morning and today its comfy. Thank goodness!
