American serama thread!

Jonnie(tailfeather) and her hubby came over today to look at the birds. I had a yound buff laced brahma I gave her because it was an outcast. Thought it was a serama but a bit big to live as a serama. She is taking my white curley next month. Maybe I can get her to take more?? I just seperated my birds that were under 4 months and put them in seperate pens. I have a load of pet qualite that I will need to find some homes for I think.

thank you. the two got two trios and the third got the rest. He has over 100 birds.
 
From the looks of it, only six (out of sixteen) of my little eggs have signs of development. I made a post about it in my blog (the link is in my signature). Not entirely surprised, and to be frank, a little relieved that I likely won't have to be worried about being overwhelmed by having a huge hatch for my first ever experience with chickens. :p
 
Thats what ive been doing. Plus the two are trying to start. I think they will. Josh wanted benny and i about fell over. I told him no way. I am going to get him some starts though. :) Benny is a attention hog. he is so awesome. Loves to be handled and loves his ladies

Congrats. best tip i can give is keep brooder water and feed clean. Daily. and you will do great. Will have to post some pics
