Serama pros!!  I got a question!
Can a serama survive Maine winters? I want a pair...

If it was me they would be inside watching TV for the winter....Jest saying.....Seriously they would need heat and a WARM coop......They are small enuf where they are not a problem in the house........

SO many awesome pictures today! Had 7 pages to oogle at and my PC is WAAY too slow to comment personnally on everyones purty birds, so please don't be offended.

Ok everyone EMERGENCY!! My two month old looks like she's choking, kind of gasping for air. Sticking her neck up in the air and opening and closing her mouth. There was ALOT of food in the back of her throat and I cleared as much out as possible, but she's still doing it. She's also shaking. I stuck her in the brooder under a light for heat, but I don't know what else to do... Please if anyone can help me....I tried massaging her neck and it seemed to help some, but I'm afraid she's going to die...

OMG, so sorry. I would do what you are doing. Keep warm. Maybe some yogurt and egg yolk? Wish I could fix it for you. hang in there.
