American serama thread!

Hey Froggie:  I will try to post a photo of the brat. I have been throwing her outside during the day to do some "free ranging" when no one else is out or it is just babies out - ones she can bully. There have been times we have gone out, she comes running and informs us that it is just too warm for her delicate complection and to let her "BACK INTO THE A/C HOUSE". .... She promptly jumps up the 3 steps, dodges dogs, and waits for the door to be opened for her. If you do not do it fast enough she WILL look at you - I swear she glares. LOL. But she does prefer her A/C. The other day we had been gone all day and she had been outside. It was early evening. I went to find her and call her in, she was sitting on the window sill (outside) waiting to be let in. She is a prima donna.

MAN>>>>THATS MY KINDA BIRDIE!!!! YOU GO BUMBLE!!! :yesss: :cd :celebrate

I have two parading around the house right now...miss LULU with Mr. Stubby in tow......they are getting impatient for the breakfast buffet of eggs, fruit and greens and to get put outside.....MAMA woke up late>>>>so they are ******! ;)

She is a rotten spoiled brat is what she is.....LOL. I just was carrying her around outside during my mother's yard sale. She is a good bird to show off to people to teach them about seramas. She is not breeding quality and I don't want to put her through that...but a good ....what is the word? .....oh H*** I can't think of the word...delegate? um, example of personality? I dunno, you know what I mean. Steward?

Agreed. People just love these little chickens and they don't care about showing them.

I just got back from a chen swap an everyone loved my birds. Especially loved to see them walking on leashes and wearing diapers and stealing crackers from me.

Go Bumble! and let her know she gas some spoiled rotten brat friends out there, too.

Some of the breeders I bred My self .

Also Jacob did an update of Toy soldier's Son And Grand Son bred from LAseramas bloodline as a seramas should be an upright bird.

With toy soldier's grand son Jacob is showing us my cocoapop do breed true to color and type size is under 13 oz and fertile ...

I haven't been on here in forever and can never keep up with everything anyhow

Does anybody have any Black or Chocolate Seramas for sale? I'm working on a project and need some pullets...the bigger the better and I don't care if they are pet quality. Please let me know if you have anything by messaging me. I can't always get on here and have a hard time going through page after page with 4 kids here

Hi Everyone,

I would like a constructive critique of these two Roos. They are just natural shots in their pens, please keep that in mind. I would like to hear where they match, the Standard, and where their weak area's are. Please use the number, in your comments, so I know which bird you are refering to . BTW, Roo #2 does stand straight and tall, he just is not in this shot.

Thank you, I look foward to hearing from the experts!! :)

Sheila :)
