Okay, I've come to a decision on Tweety's coop...
I'm gonna make a Doghouse coop.
It'd be much easier and faster than building a frame, and making a whole coop. I can customize the doghouse and attach a run to it, and Ba-bam, a coop. And a doghouse is the perfect size for Tweet and a few Serama hens.
Who thinks I should try it? :/

As long as you can clean it, have access for egg collection (if you'll be collecting), and an area where they'll not only be warm enough in winter but also away from drafts year round, and have enough ventilation. I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Would it be one of those plastic dog houses or a wooden one? I'd personally try for a wooden kit. Our dogs seemed happier when they had wooden houses (warmer in winter and cooler in summer) and you can probably buy a dog house kit cheaper than a chicken coop kit.
Another option is a rabbit hutch.
ETA: looks like a decent house/coop. Sorry saw it after I commented

I saw a rabbit hutch, but it seemed rather small.
It would definitely be a wooden one. Plastic may be easier to clean, but wood is better quality-wise.

I have seen some hutches that are octagon shaped at the one feed store here. I thought it would be an awesome one for ours since it has an internal upper level and nice amount of ventilation.
I have til spring to figure out what we're doing. They go out for a few hours each day but are indoors at night, and will be inside for winter. (My fiance lost that "battle" hehehe).
That looks like a nice one and looks like it could be easily modified to attach a nest box area, roosts and add a door. Looks like the roof could be easily hinged too.
