Well the Hatching bug got me again, told myself I wouldn't hatch till spring but just popped another dozen Serama eggs into the bator

Same here! I tried to wait till the spring, but I have serama eggs coming to me on the 7th

It was the at temp that said 110. They were like that maybe 3 hours? I'm gonna check them tonight see if i see anything good. I took them out and shifted aired out the hot air till it dropped to 90 and took the eggs out and cooled them

So I sometimes notice my little one doing thing noiseless "yawn" thing. She looks like she's crowing. I just caught her now doing it again. She will do it when I whistle at her too. Any ideas? Should I be concerned?
(Sorry about the noise, I was watching 8 out of 10 cats before bed)

I think you should be concerned. This is not a normal behavior. Your chick looks well cared for and basically healthy, but the "yawn" could be an indication that there is something wrong with her throat or crop. Something stuck, an infection, etc. I'm sure you will watch her very carefully. Good luck.
I've watched this video again. Along with the yawn; there's a little head shake like she is trying to clear her nostrils. Quite likely it will be nothing more than dust, but it needs to be watched. I disagree that this a bird adjusting its crop. Wrong movement and too long lasting. I'm hoping your chick is already over this.

I showed your video to my wife when I got home tonight. She asks (me too): Do you keep your serama anywhere near the kitchen? Teflon poisoning is caused by using nonstick cookware near birds. This cookware, when hot, releases a gas that is lethal to birds.

This video was last night. She's no where near the kitchen & I don't keep Teflon anything because of that very reason. Had a parrot & house duck for years so in addition to my health I wasn't going to risk theirs. My mom killed her finches when a Teflon comal burned after she didn't turn the heat off completely.
