luvduck if you have them shipped now would be perfect LA to CO isnt that bad for them....i get birds from FL and not and any issues.

also i have a chocolate chick hatched and 2 more pipping woot

I don't expect them to be tame. I doubt he has time to cuddle them all! I have 30 chickens ish (I can't keep count) and not all get held equally. I will post photos when they arrive!

i had one hatch by this morning and when i left earlier today i had 2 pipping so i expected to come home to 3 chicks.....my surprise when i found a 4th chick....WOOT
