American serama thread!

Ok so here is what the big guy "jerry" sent to my son today ! now keep in mind these guys just got here this morning and got pulled from the box wash and dryed and have probley never been held before so best i could do right now . but so far i think they are pretty decent looking birds be cool to see how they fill out in the next month or two ! thank you jerry we are very pleased and there names lol . " JERRY " & " KEN " just seemed right

On a side note.I keep telling myself.throwing the computer out the window

Hey everyone! Beautiful birds. Congrats to all who have new babies! I need some help/advice. I found out that a show near me will have a tabletop Serama show. I want to take my birds to get their feedback, but I would like to prepare. Muddyhorse has told me that I will not make a fool of myself, but I'm not so sure....lol. Are there any good instructional videos out there on how to train my birds? The show is Nov 5, so hopefully I have time. I weighed my birds the other day at my work, I think they are too big for showing, but they should be good for breeding. The Cockerel and bigger pullet are 16oz exactly, and the younger pullet is 13oz. I posted pics earlier in this thread.

My DH grabbed the colored one.Gershwin, and must have held him for 1/2 hour.it was sweet..............
